Municipal Clinical Center reopens with enhanced services

In the city of San Juan de los Morros, Juan Germán Roscio Nieves municipality of the Guárico state, the "Rómulo Gallegos" Municipal Clinical Center was reopened, in which infrastructure conditioning work was carried out in addition to the equipment of medical elements, as well as supplies for the attention of the population.

The rehabilitation works included conditioning of external and internal walls with paint; roof waterproofing; electrification, lighting, air conditioning, among others.

This clinical center located in the Rómulo Gallegos urbanization of the Guarican capital, will provide direct care to more than 3.500 inhabitants of the point and circle, having internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency services, observation room, cure room, pharmacy, among others.

For this reason, the mayor of the Roscio municipality, Sulme Ávila de Gerratana, during the reopening of the facilities, reported on the activation of the dentistry area in which the first Oral Health conference was held, which attended to more than 300 people with simple surgeries, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, to name a few.

Ávila added that in the coming days the X-ray service will also be reactivated with the incorporation of air conditioning units, in addition to the operating room area for the execution of minor surgery interventions such as laparoscopy, sterilization and placement of intrauterine devices, combined with the adaptation of waiting areas for patients and users.

Likewise, the mayor of the Guarique capital, Sulme Ávila de Gerratana, mentioned that they are also working on the improvement of the El Guafal Popular Medical Clinic attached to the mayor's office, where the actions to improve facilities are replicated to strengthen the health care system. public health.
