In Naguanagua the "Burras Pa la Calle" this Saturday

The idea is to continue with the Carabobo traditions adapting to the new times.


With a colorful tour, this Saturday they will carry out the event "Las Burras Pa la Calle" in the Naguanagua municipality within the framework of the IX National Meeting of Dancers of the Burriquita. 

The president of the Autonomous Institute for Culture of the municipality, Richard Mendoza, specified that groups from different municipalities of the entity participate in the cultural activity. 

He commented that the Burriquitas will walk the streets of the Arturo Michelena community, where the locals will be able to watch the parade from their windows or doors, preserving biosecurity measures. 

He expressed that the idea is to continue with the Carabobo traditions adapting to the new times. 

"For us, culture is a fundamental element to keep us motivated and wanting to move on," he said.

Mendoza explained that among the groups that will participate in this meeting will be Mamá Eva and Burriquitas, Al Son de la Luz, San Juan Drums, Guayabal Customs and Honey, Cinnamon and Cacao.
