This Monday, August 30, 72 megawatts were incorporated into the Juan Bautista Arismendi thermoelectric generation plant in Nueva Esparta state, in order to guarantee the electrical stability of the Insular entity, thus eliminating the Load Management Plan (PAC) that had been applied since last June.
This was announced by the protector of Nueva Esparta Dante Rivas, through social networks. "#BuenasNoticias Together with our minister @NestorLReverol today we announced to #NuevaEsparta the incorporation of 72MW to the Juan Bautista Arismendi generation plant to guarantee the stability of the electrical system in our state and thus eliminate load management."
Rivas specified that with the start-up of this unit a new stage begins for the electrical system in Nueva Esparta. «A stage of progress and tranquility. This is a sample of what we can achieve by working together with the national government, the local government, institutions and workers.
Rivas thanked the support of President Nicolás Maduro, the Ministry of Electric Energy and the Corpoelec workforce "who gave their all to recover this plant, provide peace of mind to our people and stability to all sectors for regional development."
