In total, 465.692 people are registered in Yaracuy state to vote this Sunday in the national parliamentary elections, in which this entity will produce six representatives: three per list and three nominal, with their respective alternates, as confirmed this Friday by the head of the Regional Electoral Office (ORE), Frank Molleja.
The official explained that the 750 voting tables are installed with the electoral material and the machines that will be used in the electoral process.
He recalled that everything is under the protection of the Republic Plan, who since last Tuesday has kept 4.840 military personnel deployed in the 484 voting centers of the 14 municipalities.
He also pointed out that the organizations involved with the process, including the Educational Zone, Corpoelec, Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB), Movilnet, Cantv, Fedes and the Ministry for Health (which is incorporated in these elections to guarantee security measures health by the covid-19) are prepared and with the contingency plans ready to develop the electoral day.
Molleja indicated that there are 47 accredited national observers in the entity, who will have the mission of reviewing the electoral process and finally make a report that they will deliver to the national authorities of the National Electoral Council (CNE).
