Valorant announces its arrival on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

Players will be able to register by filling out a form to participate in the closed beta of Riot Games' tactical shooter

Seeking to attract new players, Valorant will make the leap to consoles, enabling a closed Beta that will begin on June 14. Players will be able to register to enjoy the Riot Games Shooter on their PS5 or Xbox console.

Enabling Valorant for console players will allow professional controller shooter players to also enter the competitive scene of this well-known FPS from Riot Games.

With their respective arrangements for the console version. Players will be able to enjoy Crossplay games between platforms and keep all their progress in an account that will work on any of the consoles.

“When it came to porting Valorant to other platforms, we knew we had to offer the same competitive and bug-free experience.” that we have been providing to PC gamers for years.” Valorant production director Arnar Gylfason explained.

This means that if you already had your account on PC, you can keep your profile perfectly intact in case you want to switch to console. The same if you create an account first on console, you can also transfer your data to the PC version.

How to register for the Valorant beta on consoles?
