This is the gameplay of Homelander from The Boys in Mortal Kombat 1

The renowned villain of the Prime Video series will arrive with Ferra this June 11

Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios released a new Mortal Kombat 1 trailer revealing the first gameplay of Homelander, the upcoming guest DLC fighter.

As we see in the Amazon Prime Video series The Boys, homelander will join the Mortal Kombat 1 roster on June 4 as part of the early access period for Kombat Pack owners, and will be available to all players on June 11.

Next, you will learn about its gameplay in Mortal Kombat 1:

Homelander is the most powerful being on the planet and the líder of The Seven, the elite superhero team owned by Vought International. In a world where “Supers” are created, he is the strongest of all. Homelander presents himself as the ultimate patriot and protector, but don't let his movie star looks or his high approval rating fool you.

He is a murderous, narcissistic sociopath with an insatiable need for validation, love and power. Furthermore, Homelander's destruction of enemies and thirst for power do not end his world, as challengers from other kingdoms will also face his wrath. As seen in the new video, Homelander asserts his dominance over opponents through his super strength, aerial attacks, and the ability to shoot enemies with his laser eyes.

The trailer also offers a first look at the gameplay of Ferra, the new Kameo Fighter DLC that can assist during matches with a variety of support moves. Ferra will be available as part of the Kombat Pack and can be purchased independently starting in June of this year.
