The Chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, reported that he had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves to address the situation due to the activity of the La Soufriére volcano, the evacuation plans and the protection of the Vincentians.
In a message published on his account on the social network Twitter, Arreaza indicated that this Monday the humanitarian aid sent by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, arrived in that Caribbean country.

The Foreign Minister added that the National Emergency Management Organization explained to Prime Minister Gonsalves and Vice Minister for the Caribbean, Raúl Li Causi, the details of the humanitarian and services situation.
