Regulatory urgency is declared to approve Anti-Blockage Law

This Tuesday the president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, declared the regulatory emergency for the review, dissemination and approval in the shortest time of the "Anti-Blockade Bill for National Development and the Guarantee of Human Rights"

In Cabello's opinion, this project is an alternative for the people to confront imperial aggressions "since it contains everything necessary, not only to face this last quarter, but the years to come," he said.

Cabello, received from the hands of the president, Nicolás Maduro, the draft Anti-Blockade Law for National Development and the Guarantee of Human Rights, which seeks to offer instruments of aid to the State, in order to apply new modalities that defeat all mechanisms of persecution and international blockade.

Likewise, he informed that from this moment on a Mixed Commission will be formed, made up of the Economy Commission, the Constitutional Commission, the Citizen Participation Commission, the Workers Commission, the Security and Defense Commission, which will work on the norm that will have constitutional rank.
