Observers plan in Romania addressed before the November elections

The head of mission with the rank of ambassador of Venezuela in Romania, Alfredo Alfonso Torrealba addressed in a meeting with the senators of the Social Democratic Party, the program of international observers to witness this historic electoral day that will be held on November 21 in our country .

In a publication of the official account of the social network Twitter @EmbVnezBucarest, it was highlighted that this Tuesday “we had the pleasant visit of senators Florián Bodog and Leonard Azamfirei of the Romanian Social Democratic Party, to discuss the program of International Observers of the upcoming elections of 21N ".

It should be noted that on August 28, 2020, the organizations Movimiento Democracia en Europa 2025 (DiEM25) and Progressive International of Romania expressed their interest in the electoral process that took place on December 6 in Venezuela, a day in which 277 will be elected new deputies to the National Assembly (AN) for the period 2021-2026.

In that activity, the diplomat Torrealba said that the Electoral System of Venezuela is one of the best in the world and is fully automated. Voting is electronic and the body in charge of organizing elections in Venezuela is the National Electoral Council, whose mission is focused on securing the conditions that lead to free and transparent elections.
