The organizations with regional political purposes will select this Saturday, September 11, at the headquarters of the 24 regional electoral boards, their position in one of the spaces that were available in this voting instrument, as reported by the highest electoral body through the social network Twitter.

Likewise, the Electoral Power informed that the Indigenous Organizations or Communities will carry out this activity next Monday, September 13, since the elections in this area will be held with different methodology, date and instruments.

This Thursday, political organizations chose their position on the ballot for the regional and local elections on November 21.

This process is part of the electoral schedule for the mega-elections in November; It was rescheduled after the electoral body extended, from August 29 to September 4, the period of nominations for male and female candidates.

In total, there are 37 parties, of the 42 authorized by the CNE, will participate in the elections to renew the 23 governorships, 335 mayors, legislative councils and municipal councils throughout the country, that is, 3.082 positions.
