A survey carried out as part of the evaluation instruments used during the audit of the Electoral Registry showed that 97% of the voters and voters are satisfied with their voting centers, the National Electoral Council (CNE) reported on Tuesday during the final day of the preliminary voter roll.
According to the study, the results of which were presented to representatives of organizations with political purposes, 87% of the people surveyed stated that they reside near the voting center, which shows the efforts of the electoral body to bring voters closer to the polling station. effective exercise of the vote.
The study was carried out by telephone with a random national sample of two thousand polls among registered voters in the preliminary cut-off for the Regional and Municipal Elections on November 21.
During the session on Tuesday, the president of the Civil and Electoral Registry Commission, Alexis Corredor, stated that this audit, which is part of the electoral schedule, culminated in a satisfactory manner, with the experience of having carried out this survey as part of the activities that the CNE has been carrying out to configure all the mechanisms that allow having a definitive Electoral Registry with all the elements established by law.
He highlighted the will of the electoral authorities to carry out activities consistent with the aspirations of the Venezuelan people and assured that the participation of the political parties during each day ratifies the trust in the electoral referee.

For his part, the rector Roberto Picón, who was part of a CNE technical commission that evaluated the components and results of the audit, stated that the review consisted of several processes and that the electoral authorities feel satisfied with the result of the audit. .
