Election observers from the European Union (EU) were able to appreciate each of the steps that will be carried out by the machines that will be used in the November 21 elections.
This was announced by the organization on its twitter, in which it is stated that “the European Union observers in Caracas attended the CNE electoral fair, where they had the opportunity to examine the operation of the machines and learn more on the electoral process for the elections on November 21.
On the other hand, it is highlighted that another group of the EU mission held a meeting with candidates, also visited the CNE headquarters in the regions and the media.
"Observers meet throughout the national territory with mayors, political parties and candidates from each state to observe the outcome of political campaigns," they said.
The president of the Electoral Power indicated that 70 international observers are already in the country out of a total of 100 who will be present in the November electoral process.
He stressed that the contingent travels the country to appreciate the development of the electoral system and the participation of the people in this important event that will allow the renewal of local and regional leaders. l CAC
