"We are going to stick our necks out with the people on the issues of gas, electricity and telecommunications," as announced by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro during a balance of the 1×10 of the Good Government and the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health, held this Friday from the 23 de Enero parish in Caracas.
From the Estanque en el Calvario sector, the Head of State instructed the sectoral vice president of Services and Public Works, G/J Néstor Luis Reverol, to respond to the reports generated through the VenApp System.
In this sense, the National President urged the population to make their complaints, through the VenApp and Line 58.
"As of today, August 5, through line 058 of the VenApp application, report complaints in 3 new topics of the 1X10 Good Government System: Gas, electricity and Telecommunications," Maduro said.
Maduro recalled that issues related to water, health and education were prioritized in the first phase of the 1×10 Good Government.
“We had three priority issues that we started on. Water, health and education infrastructure, we have good achievements and we are heading towards the goals (...) Now, we are going to get on with gas, electricity and telecommunications”, said the President.
The 1×10 Good Government System works as a platform for direct attention from government institutions to the people, through which communities make complaints about their problems and needs, AVN reports.
These complaints are answered by the ministries by supplying the necessary inputs and by the Bricomiles by going to the community to work on the recovery of infrastructures.
Education and health are two of the main priorities of the 1×10 in this first stage of action due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in these areas.
