Venezuela registered 412 new infections and 5 deaths from covid-19

In the last 24 hours in Venezuela, 412 new cases of covid-19 infections were registered, of which 329 cases are by community transmission and 20 cases are imported, reported the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez through her account in the social network Twitter.

Rodríguez, indicated in one of his messages that the entity that registers the most new community cases is Miranda (88), with active infections in 14 municipalities; followed by the states: Táchira (74) and Distrito Capital (64).

Rodríguez also regretted the death of 5 Venezuelans who lost the battle against covid-19. “A 75-year-old woman and a 1-year-old man - Aragua. 58 1-year-old man- Miranda. 48 1-year-old man - Hurry 74 1-year-old man - Trujillo ”, the Vice President posted.

328 days after the pandemic in Venezuela, the total general statistics are: infections: 129.643. Recovered patients: 121.569 which represents (94%). Current active cases: 6.846. Total deaths: 1.228.

Rodríguez, reiterated that in the country they continue to add achievements in the fight and prevention of covid-19 under the successful 7 + 7 method, implemented by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

"We insist on the call to the Venezuelan people to comply with biosafety measures, to keep the contagion curve flat," he said.
