The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported this Sunday upon arriving in the country after his participation in the VI Summit of Heads of State and Governments of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) that took place in Mexico, that as of this Monday, September 20 and until next Sunday, September 26, Venezuela begins a week of radical quarantine under the 7 + 7 method.
From the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, in La Guaira state, the Dignitary invited the people of Venezuela to take care of themselves in the face of the covid-19 pandemic.

Earlier, from the "Benito Juárez" International Airport, in Mexico City, the national president classified the VI Celac Summit as a total success and thanked Mexico for bringing together all the leaders despite the differences. “There are those who were interested in the failure of the CELAC Summit. The Summit has been a total success, of union, of consensus, of agreements ”.
