The head of state assured that 36.750 are related to water and 17.482 have been attended

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, made this Friday a balance on the 1×10 System of Good Government and the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health.

From the parish January 23 reported that 60 days have passed since the creation of the 1×10 of the Good Government, time in which 109 thousand 045 calls complaints or reports have been received.

Of that figure, 36 calls have been due to failures in the water system, of which 750 have already been resolved, that is, 17.482% of the cases.

However, the National President affirmed that there is still much to be done since the goal is to reach 100 percent of solved cases, while clarifying that some cases require large-scale work, such as the case of pipe replacements in the distribution systems.

In this sense, Maduro indicated that the 1×10 of the Good Government came to make a great change: “Government officials with an agenda at the service of the people, not with the agenda of comfort; rather, the agenda is established by the need of the people to transform into an immediate solution”.

Likewise, he called on Executive officials, governors and mayors to focus on efficiently addressing the requests received through the VenApp.

For his part, the Minister for Water Services, Rodolfo Marco Torres, stressed that this has been possible through a deployment throughout the country with the People's Power, mayors and governors.

«Through the VenApp, from the presidential command, and the hydrological ones work together. Until now we have delivered 14 thousand meters of PVC pipes and we expect 80 thousand in December », he said.

He stressed that every two hours he receives specific information, "the information is crossed with the Homeland System to support the communities and solve the problem," he said.

New water pipe will benefit 750 people in Santa Rosalía

The Bolivarian Government installed 300 meters of drinking water pipes to supply 143 homes and favor 715 people who live in the Matapalo community, Santa Rosalía parish in Caracas.

This was announced by Harol Clemente, president of Hidrocapital, with the purpose of offering himself a balance of the 60 days of implementation of the 1 × 10 of the Good Government, reports the Presidential Press.

Clemente explained that this work was achieved thanks to the joint work between the People's Power, the hydrological institution and the local government (Mayor's Office of Caracas and Government of the Capital District).

Meanwhile, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, congratulated this action but also called for continuing to work hand in hand with the people, bringing the agenda of effective solutions to the problems presented by each community.

"The water has to reach the neighborhood inside, the neighborhood up," the President instructed his entire government team, calling for redoubled efforts to advance towards the consolidation of a quality water service that reaches 95% of households in the country. country.
