• 300 gr of zucchini cleaned and cut into thin strips
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 6 tablespoons of olive oil
• 30 gr of chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper
• 125 gr of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
• 50 gr of basil
Reserve the zucchini already cut. Make a dressing with the lemon juice, oil, parsley, salt and pepper, either mixing them by hand or with a blender. Season the zucchini with the sauce, serve with the mozzarella and sprinkle with chopped basil.
