Steak on horseback

• 200 g of sirloin steak

• Cooking oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 egg

The steak is marinated with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, a frying pan or griddle is heated and the steak is marked or sealed on both sides (this can be done with the pan or griddle very hot, otherwise the steak would be parboiled). Then, in a non-stick frying pan, pour three tablespoons of oil and add the whole egg, which is left to cook over low heat until cooked without breaking the yolk; once the egg is ready, it is placed on the steak that we have already cooked at the end of our preference.
