Shrimp with sesame


• 1/2 kilo of shrimp

• 1/2 cup cornstarch

• 2 beaten eggs

• 2 cups of white sesame

• Oil for frying

• Soy and honey to taste


The shrimp are washed, the vein is removed, and the tail is left. They are cut in half without taking the knife to the bottom, they are passed through the cornstarch one by one and shaken. Then they are passed through the beaten eggs and immediately through the sesame, pressing them until they are well covered with the seeds.

Then they are fried in hot oil until golden brown, removed and placed on absorbent paper. They are served with soy sauce and honey to taste.
