• 4 large potatoes
• 5 teaspoons of salt (for potatoes)
• 4 squares of aluminum foil
• 1/4 kilo of beef steak
• 5 oil tablespoons
• 1 large paprika
• 1 large onion
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of salt for the meat
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• Strand braid cheese to put on top of the potato when serving.
Preheat the oven to 400 °. Wash the potatoes well and, in each square of aluminum foil, put a potato with a teaspoon of salt on top, wrap it, put it on a tray and take it to the oven for about an hour or until when inserting a thin knife or a stick it goes through the potato gently.
Wash the vegetables very well and cut them into thin strips. Besides, cut the meat into small cubes and add the Worcestershire sauce, the crushed garlic, the salt and the pepper. Heat the oil over high heat in a frying pan or cauldron to sauté the meat and the julienne of onion and peppers until cooked to our liking al dente, or well cooked.
We can decorate, when serving, with a coriander mayonnaise and another mayonnaise with yellow chili peppers.
Note: it is preferable to fill the potato with the freshly made meat and vegetable stir fry, when removing the potatoes from the oven.
