Pilsen Pork Ribs


• 3 kilos of pork ribs that have more meat than fat

• 1 large lemon

• 2 cans of pilsner beer

• 3 tablespoons of crushed garlic

• 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin

• 2 tablespoons of oregano in dry leaves

• 1 cup of sugar

• 2 tablespoons of salt

• 1 teaspoon of pepper


The pork ribs are washed well under the tap of water and rubbed with a lemon, then the ribs are placed in a deep tray and rubbed with the salt, pepper and crushed garlic. In a container we mix the beers, cumin, oregano and sugar, stir and add it to the ribs, cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 ° C or 350 ° F, it depends how you mark your oven. Remove the aluminum foil and cook uncovered until golden brown and most of the liquid evaporates.
