Pink coquitos for mom

INGREDIENTS

• 3 cups of dehydrated grated coconut (coconut for confectionery)

• 1 can of condensed milk

• 3 drops of red food coloring

• 1 cup of white sugar (to sweeten the coquitos)

PREPARATION In a medium bowl or container, mix the coconut, condensed milk and food coloring. Knead until you get a compact but smooth dough. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and knead again. Make balls of approximately seven cm in diameter, and pass them through the sugar, until they are completely covered. Then you put them in a glass, small plate, or small tray and they are ready to eat!
