Llanero hash

• 1/2 kilo of beef, or meat cooked on the grill or on a stick (without fat)
• Drinking water
• 1 large onion cut in two
• 3 garlic cloves
• 3 stalks of chives
• 1 stalk of leek
• 3 branches of celery
• 1 cup of green molehills or diced green banana
• 1 cup of yuca cut into cubes
• Fresh coriander leaves, to taste
• Salt
Place the meat, onion, garlic, chives, leeks, and celery in a pot on the fire and cover with water. It is brought to a boil and left on the fire until the meat is tender, then the broth is strained and poured into a clean pot. The seasonings (branches) are discarded, the meat is reserved until it cools, it is cut into cubes, the broth is brought to the fire again and the diced vegetables are added and salt to taste. Cook until the vegetables are soft and, once ready, before serving, add the finely chopped coriander leaves to the soup, serve and enjoy a delicious llanera soup!
