Mini meatball sandwich


• ½ kilo of ground beef with little fat

• 3 garlic cloves, crushed

• 1 cup of Parmesan cheese

• ¼ cup small chopped parsley

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Enough oil to fry the mini meatballs


• 2 cups canned peeled tomatoes

• 1 medium onion, small cut (brunoise)

• 5 tablespoons of olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste


In a bowl or container, place the ground meat together with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste and the Parmesan cheese, everything is joined very well as if it were a dough and small meatballs are made with all the meat, they are fried and reserve.

For the sauce, pour the olive oil into a pan to fry the onion and add the tomato along with the salt and pepper. It is brought to a boil and the meatballs are added, letting them cook for approximately 10 minutes or until the sauce changes color and we observe a little fat on the surface.

To finish we open the bread, fill it with the mini meatballs and grate Parmesan cheese on top, eat it hot and enjoy!
