Cheese stuffed meatballs

INGREDIENTS

• ½ kilo of ground beef

• 4 slices of sandwich bread

• 1 cup of liquid milk

• 2 tablespoons of parsley, cut very small

• ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon of pepper

• 300 g of cheese mozzarella cheese or the cheese of your choice

• Frying oil

• Homemade tomato sauce

PREPARATION

Crumble the slices of bread with your fingers and soak them in the milk. Then mix with the ground beef, parsley, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix well, knead, and let it rest for ten minutes.

Prepare balls of the size of our preference, make a hole in the center with your finger and fill them with the piece of cheese, close it and form a meatball again with your hands.

Heat the oil in a cauldron or frying pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Serve hot with a homemade tomato sauce on top.
