Lettuce salad with sesame topped cheese


• 2 temptation cheese petals 

• 2 cups unroasted sesame seeds (white)

• 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour

• 1/2 cup of water

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

• Oil for frying 

• Absorbent paper 

• 1 small American lettuce

• 1 small romaine lettuce


• 1 tablespoon of mustard

• 5 tablespoons of honey

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/8 of black pepper (optional)

• 5 drops of spicy (optional)

• 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar or some fruit, apple, blackberry etc.

• 1/2 cup oil oil

• 3 ice cubes


From each cheese petal 3 pieces are taken, in total there will be 6 pieces. In a container or bowl, mix drinking water, wheat flour, salt and pepper; Mix well with the help of a hand mixer until it forms a paste without lumps. Then pour the sesame seeds into a clean bowl or container.

Pass each piece of cheese through the flour paste until it is well covered and then pass them through the sesame seeds until the cheese is all covered with seeds. Arrange them on a tray in a cool place, until they dry well.

Also, wash the lettuce leaves one by one and drain them, then cut them and put them in a salad bowl, which you will reserve in the fridge until serving time.


In another container we mix the ingredients of the salad dressing with a hand mixer in the following order: mustard, salt, pepper, spicy, honey, vinegar, oil, ice cubes. Stir vigorously until everything is mixed and reserve in the fridge until serving time. At the time of serving the salad, we distribute the lettuces in the 6 plates.

Heat oil in a frying pan or pot and fry the cheeses covered with sesame seeds until golden brown. We put them on absorbent paper and then place them on each plate of lettuce. Add the dressing and put the cheese on top, which we can bathe with another little honey.
