Jamaica water with yogurt


• 1 liter of drinking water

• 1/4 cup of hibiscus flowers

• 1 liter of yogurt

• Sugar, sweetener or honey to taste

PREPARATION In a pot, pour the liter of water and bring it to a boil, remove it from the heat, add the hibiscus flowers and cover the pot for 20 minutes. After this time the flowers are strained with a strainer and, in a large jug, that hibiscus water that we obtained will be mixed with the liter of yogurt and the sugar of our preference. I recommend taking it very cold, at snack time it is truly heavenly
