Goat cheese treat salad

INGREDIENTS

• 3 medium romaine lettuces

• 1 pot of goat cheese

• 1 package of phyllo dough

• 1 cup butter, melted

FOR THE VINAIGRETTE

• 1 tablespoon mustard

• 3 tablespoons honey 

• 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

• ¼ cup oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

To make the goat cheese gifts, the filo dough is spread on a clean surface and cut into four quadrants, we use 3 sheets of dough for each gift, brushing each layer with melted butter, then filling the dough with a small ball of goat cheese and join the ends wrinkling the ball like a paper. It is important to always cover the remaining dough with a cloth so that it does not dry out. We place our gifts in the oven at 350 ° C on a tray until golden brown.

For the vinaigrette, mix the mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, until they are completely integrated.
