Fruit ice cream


• Coconut pulp

• Strawberry pulp

• Passion fruit pulp

• Mango pulp

• Sugar to taste


Mix one cup of each pulp, preferably the fruit that is in season, with 1/2 cup of water and sugar or fructose to taste. They are poured into small disposable cups and a disposable spoon or a popsicle is placed in the center; they are frozen, and the next day we will get some very healthy homemade ice cream.
