Fish fillet with chives cream


• 4 fish fillets

• 1 sprig of chives, chopped

• 1 branch of parsley

• 1 glass of heavy cream

• 30 gr of margarine

• 1 onion finely chopped

• 30 gr of flour

• 1/2 cup oil

•Salt and pepper to taste


Boil the sprig of parsley in plenty of salted water for five minutes, set aside. Besides, in a frying pan, fry the onion with oil, add the chives and the cream, season and cook for 10 minutes.

Pass everything through the blender until you get a fine cream. Salt the fish, flour it and fry it in very hot oil. Serve the fish with the chives sauce and garnish.
