• ½ kilo of cassava

• ½ kilo of ground beef

• 3 garlic cloves, crushed

• 5 tablespoons of oil

• 1 medium onion

• 1 teaspoon oregano

• 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

• Salt and pepper to taste

• ½ cup of grated hard cheese

• Frying oil

Put the cassava, already peeled and washed, to cook in a saucepan with water to cover it. In a frying pan, pour the 5 tablespoons of oil, heat over medium heat and fry the onion cut into small squares and the crushed garlic. Add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well and cook until all the liquid evaporates. Remove from the heat and reserve.

When the cassava is cooked, strain and blend until obtaining a puree. Add the grated white cheese, knead and fill with the meat. Then fry in a cauldron or frying pan with hot oil, until golden brown. Take them out of the pan and place on absorbent paper.
