Cabbage packets

INGREDIENTS

• Large cabbage leaves

• 200 gr of minced pork

• 200 gr of minced beef

• 6 ripe tomatoes, grated and seedless

• 1/2 cup oil

• 2 finely chopped onions

• 2 garlic cloves, crushed

• Salt and pepper

• Chopped parsley

PREPARATION

Place the minced and seasoned meats in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic and a little chopped parsley and mix everything very well. Carefully wash the cabbage leaves and pat them dry. Prepare some meat balls and wrap them in the cabbage leaves.

Besides, heat a little oil in a pot and fry the onion; when it is golden brown, add the grated tomatoes, sauté a little, place the cabbage packets on top and cover them with water. Correct the salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
