Baked Zucchini Ricotta Patties

• 1 medium firm green zucchini

• 3 tablespoons of olive oil

When the sautéed zucchini is at room temperature, we mix it with the ricotta cheese. On a clean surface or work table, we spread the dough discs one by one, put the mixture already made in the center and, with a pastry brush, brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg. Then, with the help of a fork, press the edges and with your fingers we close the edges of the pie, making waves.
