Moruno skewers


• 300 g of zucchini

• 600 g of aubergines cut into pieces

• 1 green pepper

• 1 red bell pepper

• 8 small onions

• 6 oil tablespoons

• Cumin

• 4 bay leaves

• 1 teaspoon salt

• Pepper

• 3 teaspoons of ground red paprika


Cut the zucchini and aubergines into regular pieces; the paprika in pieces and the onion in wheels. Put everything in a bowl and bathe it in oil.

Season with salt and pepper and stir well, skewer these ingredients on a few skewers starting with onion, eggplant, paprika, zucchini, paprika, bay leaves, paprika, finishing with onions. Roast for 10 minutes.
