They handed over 49 urban land titles in Guárico

The National Institute of Urban Lands also delivered a soil study certificate

A total of 49 urban land titles (TTU) were delivered in the Juan Germán Roscio Nieves municipality of Guárico state, during a day held at the regional headquarters of the Ministry of People's Power for Habitat and Housing (Minhvi), located in San Juan de the Morros.

The activity was headed by the regional manager of the National Institute of Urban Lands (INTU), Héctor Díaz, who said "today we feel happy, pleased, we are happy because we achieved one more achievement: to fulfill your dream."

He pointed out that these actions take place as part of the impulse for social justice that is being carried out in the llanera entity, in order to guarantee the good living of the Guariqueños.

“This has been a marathon effort because they have waited a long time for this, we know how important these documents are for everyone, but today everything is possible thanks to God,” Díaz stressed.

In the same way, he highlighted that the delivery of these land titles remains deployed in various municipalities of the Guariqueño territory, where "we seek to provide a little happiness to our people and protect the well-being of our organized people," added the institutional manager.

CTU and AVV efforts are certified

During the meeting, a certificate from the Urban Land Committee (CTU) was also delivered to the Queseras del Medio self-management council, as well as a soil study certificate from the Venezuelan Living Assembly (AVV) "Juana la Avanzadora" belonging to to the municipality Juan Germán Roscio Nieves.

"This last instrument certifies the hard work of these people who make up the AVV Juana la Avanzadora and the engineers who were part of it," said Díaz.

In this context, Nora Rodríguez, main spokesperson for the CTU Queseras del Medio and head of UBCh, expressed that "today here we see a project come true and I am pleased to be part of these lancers, whom I congratulate for the work they have been doing." .

He invited the population to follow the example of the CTU to which it belongs, “with the aim of continuing to strengthen public policies on housing promoted by our national and regional authorities. Let's keep working, let's keep celebrating,” she assured.

The beneficiaries speak

Nubia Martínez, beneficiary with Urban Land Title, said “I am very grateful to God and to the people who make life in this Ministry of Habitat and Housing, because after so many years, today we received our land titles. We are satisfied and happy."

“We are proud to receive our certificate, we give all the glory to God. I call on all those AVV to continue fighting, to keep the faith that we are going to obtain our decent homes through this Bolivarian government," said Verónica Báez, member of the "Juana la Avanzadora" Venezuelan Living Assembly. .
