The National Superintendency for the Defense of Socioeconomic Rights (Sundde) is deployed throughout the national territory to supervise compliance with the regulations that govern the commercial and economic activity of the nation.
Through a post published on Twitter, the Sundde reported that in Trujillo prosecutors of this instance supervise the shopping centers of this territorial entity to attend to user complaints.
In Nueva Esparta, these officials, in defense of economic balance, supervised compliance with the maximum sale prices to the public. «To continue defending economic equilibrium, @Sundde_ve deploys its Prosecutors in the entity to guarantee compliance with the PMVP. @Sundde_ve is permanently deployed in Shopping Centers serving the user directly ».
These operations are also carried out in Monagas, Aragua, Anzoátegui, Carabobo and other territorial entities in Venezuela.
Prosecutors also monitor compliance with biosafety measures against COVID-19 and compliance with the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) rate.
