More than 1300 users were served in March by Sencamer

The National Autonomous Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology and Technical Regulations (Sencamer), during the month of March attended a total of 1.329 users in the different services offered by the entity attached to the Ministry of the People's Power of Commerce, all of them executed remotely as a biosecurity measure against covid-19.

This was possible thanks to the consolidation and gearing of the digital attention plans that Sencamer has such as: Immediate Attention, Follow-up of Your Procedure and User Assistance, which attend the services and procedures demanded by entrepreneurs, businessmen, merchants and users, among which are the application for registration and / or renewal of the Unequal Net Content (CND) and the Control of Packaged Product (CPE), technical queries, user reset, system access password, barcode request, among others, thereby consolidating the streamlining of administrative processes.

With the implementation of these multimodal care mechanisms aimed at effectively responding to the needs of users in terms of services and procedures, Sencamer consecutively optimizes the quality processes carried out in Venezuela, which is evidenced in the improvements of the goods and services offered and in turn in the consolidation of national trade for the benefit of the people, published a press release.
