Technical aid, medical equipment and motor equipment to meet needs in terms of drinking water and roads, were delivered by the governor of the Guárico state, in response to 215 requests originated through the 1×10 system of Good Government.
The regional president explained that at least 208 of these reports correspond to the health area, for which he allocated more than 349 technical aids for various citizens, such as wheelchairs, canes, crutches, nebulizers, blood pressure monitors, anti-decubitus mattresses, and some 108 units of medical supplies for compliance with high-cost treatments and various pathologies.
“I wanted to do this activity to solve these cases and continue increasing the level of efficiency and effectiveness. All this comes from here for the 15 municipalities of the Guárico state”, expressed Vásquez during the day framed in the first anniversary of the 1×10.
He communicated that the regional government team remains deployed in all municipalities, with the purpose of monitoring and controlling the cases issued by the communities through the platform, and in turn, establishing strategies and actions in conjunction with the mayors' offices, that allow for immediate responses.

The state's highest authority reported that, in the region, there are 1873 requests, of which 39% have been answered.
He specified that one of the areas that has had the greatest efficiency and scope has been, first of all, the domestic gas distribution service, which registers 100% attention; as well as electricity and health, followed by drinking water and sewage.
In this order of ideas, the executive secretary of Monitoring and Control, César Gómez, indicated that since the launch of this system, a year ago, 700 cases have been attended to throughout the llanero territory.
In addition to this, the sole authority of Health, Dr. Rosa Vásquez, stressed that this delivery of aid and supplies allows expanding the presence and guarantee of health policies in health centers and in the Guariqueño sectors.

Mailin Orta, a beneficiary of the event, said that she is the mother of a child with motor disabilities, which is why she requested an orthopedic car through VenApp, receiving a timely response to her problem. "I invite all the people to participate and make their requests through this platform, which I assure you will receive a response," she added.
“In my community, the service provided by the 1×10 system has been a resounding success; I can assure you that we have received 90% responses to the requests sent that include public services, lighting, Cantv technical services, medical reports, among others," explained Soraida Barreto, head of the Bolívar Chávez Battle Unit (UBCh).
