Traki is closed in Carabobo for not complying with the radical quarantine

The Traki department store, in Carabobo state, was closed this Monday by the police authorities, because the business remained with the doors open without being within the essential sectors.

Through social networks it was learned that Poli Carabobo closed the business on Avenida Bolívar in Valencia, after informing clients and staff about the closure measure for non-essential businesses due to the covid-19 pandemic .

Officials called on those present to comply with biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

This Monday the radical quarantine began in the country for 15 days, due to the rebound in infections by the Brazilian variant. The president, Nicolás Maduro, ordered that only essential sectors such as food, health and communications be open.

The governor of that entity, Rafael Lacava, announced the closure of the entity, claiming, "people are dying, infections are increasing"; He said when referring to the situation of the covid in the entity.
