The National Superintendency of Crypto Assets and Related Activities (Sunacrip) will coordinate, together with citizen security organizations, the performance of inspection procedures for digital mining.

In this way, citizen security organizations will coordinate with the representatives of the governing body in terms of crypto assets "before carrying out procedures or inspections of the Comprehensive Crypto Assets System," the document indicates.
Sunacrip prevents actions that threaten the development of cryptoactive activities, complying with article 49 of the Constituent Decree on the Comprehensive Cryptoactive System, which establishes that the official who obstructs or stops without any justified cause for this organization and the materialization of operations with crypto assets will be sanctioned with a prison term of 3 to 5 years.
