Among the conferences of the Forum, which opens this Wednesday and will last until Saturday, there is one this Thursday dedicated to relations between Russia and Latin America, says EFE.

The president of the Central Bank of Venezuela, Calixto Ortega, and the general director of Systems, Technologies and Development of the Central Bank of Cuba, Alberto Quiñones, also traveled to Saint Petersburg, according to the Forum program.

The adviser to the Russian president for international affairs, Yuri Ushakov, confirmed the participation of official delegations from more than 40 countries.
He indicated that official representatives of countries hostile to Russia will not be present.
