The national Executive achieved a 15% reduction in the services offered by the Cable and Satellite Television, Internet and Telephony company, Inter, corresponding to the billing for the month of March, according to the plan of each user.
The information was provided by the Minister of Popular Power for National Commerce, Eneida Laya Lugo, through her Twitter account, while explaining that the measure was launched after the meetings held between her office, Conatel and representatives of the Inter company .
“Thanks to the meetings between the @MinCoNacional, @Conatel and a subscription-based internet TV company (Inter), the average billing reduction of 15% for the month of March was achieved, according to each user's plan ”, Laya wrote.
She indicated that Inter executives opened spaces to improve the attention of user complaints.
The head of the National Commerce portfolio urged television and internet companies to offer an optimal service with fair prices to users.
