The National Philharmonic will have auditions

Auditions will begin at 9:00 in the morning.

The National Philharmonic Orchestra opened the registration process to participate in the second round of auditions to enter its ranks during the 2021-2022 season.

The selection process is aimed at performers of string instruments, woodwind, brass and orchestral piano, over 16 years of age.

Vacancies are: Associate Concertmaster, Violin Fila, Viola Fila, Cello Assistant, Cello Fila, Double Bass Fila, Flute Principal (Assistant), Flute Fila and Piccolo Flute, Oboe (Assistant), Clarinet Principal, Clarinet Fila and Clarinet Piccolo, Bassoon Principal , main trumpet, assistant horn, low row horn and principal orchestral piano.

On Wednesday, January 26, the auditions will be for the string instrument performers, while on Thursday, January 27, it will be the turn of the woodwind and brass instruments.

Both auditions will be held in the facilities of the Bolivian Museum, located on the corner of Pajaritos, in front of the National Assembly building.

On Friday, January 28, for its part, the orchestral piano casting will be held in the facilities of the former Correo de Caracas headquarters building on the corner of Carmelitas.

The auditions will begin at 9:00 in the morning in order of arrival, and the applicants for each of the vacant positions must be there one hour before in order to comply with the corresponding biosecurity protocols.

The deadline for submitting the form is January 24.
