Misión Cultura presents "I tell you, Bicentennial"

With the aim of visualizing the historical memory and stimulating national creation, the Culture Mission with the development of the Contest: I tell you, Bicentennial, promotes the artistic initiative, aimed at the youth and children population. This activity seeks to add goals, promote dynamics that motivate union and family work under the COVID-19 context.

The national call will be open until Wednesday, March 31, for participation in two categories: children, from 7 to 12 years old and youth, from 13 to 17 years old.

The requirements are: be of Venezuelan nationality; submit only one work per participant; the text must be presented in a minimum of 2 pages and a maximum of 6, Arial font, point 12, line spacing 1.5, in PDF format; The topic is free, but it must be related to the event that occurred within the framework of the Carabobo's Battle. The text must be accompanied by a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of three (3) related JPG images.

Style, rhythm and aesthetics will be evaluated; the personality and naturalness of the writer, type of language and ethics, adding playful enjoyment, bases that will serve to award first place in the youth category, with a cash incentive, certificate of winner or winner and a collection of books and stories from the Editorial El Perro y La Rana; second place will receive an honorable mention certificate.

The winner of the children's category will be awarded a school kit and a handmade toy. All the winning works will also be published on the Misión Cultura social networks. The results will be announced on Thursday, April 29, in the program Cultura en Movimiento, at 8:00 in the morning, by Alba Ciudad 96.3 FM, according to a press release from the Ministry of Culture. / VTV.
