The Andrés Bello National House of Letters Foundation announced, in the voice of its president William Osuna, that in 2022 all the protocols will begin to present to Unesco the request to declare the work of the Venezuelan writer Andrés Bello as a world heritage site.
Bello is recognized as one of the great humanists of America. He transcended as a philosopher, poet, translator, philologist, essayist, politician and diplomat, among others.
Osuna made the announcement after announcing some details of the Beautiful Week, which starts today, Wednesday, November 23 and will continue until December 3. The activities will take place at the headquarters of the institution, in the Caracas native's home.
The Beautiful Week comes to extend the literary and literary activities after the World Poetry Festival and Filven 2021, which recently ended.
The week begins with a wreath in front of his cenotaph in the National Pantheon with the ministers of Education and Culture.
