This Saturday, July 24 and Sunday, July 25, starting at 10:00 in the morning, the Venezuelan Craft Toy Fair returns to the facilities of the Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa, located in La Carlota, in the city of Caracas.
The activity, organized by the Red de Arte Foundation, has the participation of more than 20 artisans and toy artisans, from the central region of the country, who will present as an offer to the attending public creations from dolls, puppets, parrots, traditional games, among others, according to a press release from the Ministry of Culture.
This fair is carried out within the 7 + 7 flexibility method of the voluntary quarantine implemented by the National Government, which seeks to continue maintaining the necessary biosecurity measures to avoid contagion by Covid-19, so attendees are reminded to keep them and comply with established health protocols.
Likewise, this toy fair is contextualized within the 238th birthday of the Liberator Simón Bolívar to be commemorated on July 24, while it is a tribute to the Master Craftsman Toymaker, Mario Calderón, and in the celebration of the month of the boy and the girl.
Locals and visitors are invited to come this weekend to the spaces of the Casona Cultural so that they can enjoy a pleasant day full of all the creative power of the hands of our Artisan People.
