The Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) seized 108 cocaine packs in Barinas this Saturday, military sources said.
The drugs were transported in a Ford truck that was seized at the El Vial Citizen Service Point, Barinas. The agents located the cocaine packs hidden inside blocks of white cheese.
When weighing the packs, it threw a total of 119 kilos 74 grams. During the procedure, two people who were occupying the vehicle were arrested. The truck left from the town of Coloncito (Tac) and headed for Guatire (Mir).
The detainees were handed over to the Public Ministry where they opened a file for illicit trafficking of narcotic and psychotropic substances
