They are 71 years old, five decades at the helm of Aerosmith, 32 music albums and many stories to tell. This September 10, Joe Perry celebrates another year of a life full of excesses, but especially a lot of rock and roll.

Baptized as Anthony Joseph Pereira, the guitarist for one of the most important bands in the world was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, but grew up in Arizona; There he met Tom Hamilton, with whom he formed the blues band Jam Band (or Joe Perry's Jam Band). This would be the beginning of a life full of music, highs and lows

"Dream On", "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing", "Crazy", "Hole in my Soul" and "Jade" are just some of the songs by the band formed in Boston.

It was in 1971 that Perry joined Steven Tyler and Hamilton to form the legendary group. Together they would conquer ears all over the planet and today they still dominate stages with their blues and heavy notes.

With Aerosmith he tried the honeys of fame, but also experimented with heavy drugs to the point that he was known, along with Tyler ", as" The bad boys of Boston "and" Toxic Twins "(toxic twins) for the large number of drugs you used.
