This Tuesday, July 26, the economist Carlos Alfredo Chow Quan was appointed at an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors as the new Executive President of Banco Exterior.
Carlos, 39 years old, is a graduate of the Andrés Bello Catholic University, where he was a university professor at the School of Economics, in turn having a Master's Degree in Finance from IESA. He has served for 17 years as an official of the organization, developed in the areas of finance, business, corporate finance, international business, financial planning, treasury and financial control, his last position being Vice President of Business, deploying a management that integrates the entire team of Foreign collaborators, in the core activity of the bank under the motto “Businesses We Are All”.
"Our philosophy continues to be that the bank integrates with the customer, facilitating financial operations, with availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, carrying out transactions when and where required", in line with the vision of being "The Solution in your Hands".
"We want to be a promoter of the growth of the Venezuelan economy, with the commitment to continue advancing in our digital transformation, making life easier for all Venezuelans," he also emphasized.

Under his management, Banco Exterior will deepen the focus on technological innovation and the offer of a Bank focused on disruptive services, available to the user in an integral way.
Through their different technological platforms, they add the concepts of Digital Spaces and the network of agencies at the national level, with a sense of personalized attention, aiming at the most complete financial solution at any time and place, easily and safely, to the measure of its natural, commercial, institutional and corporate clients.
The Board of Directors thanked the outgoing president, María Isabel López Salgado, who is leaving the helm of the financial organization, for her work; while she welcomed Carlos Chow at the head of the entity, which already has 64 years of experience in the Venezuelan market and with the commitment to continue writing stories.
