The Treasury Bank enabled in 2021, 15 new products and services, aimed at increasing the offer that streamlines transactions to the more than 3 million clients of the financial institution.
One of the novelties is the Plus Debit Card for transactions of the Account in Foreign Currency Plus, with which customers can save and make retail in dollars or euros.
Other products are: Tesoro Comercio Móvil, an instant payment service aimed at legal clients and Credicard Payments virtual point of sale, so that clients have the option of making their payments through the website of the Credicard Consortium.
Retail Plus was also included in the BT's service offer, to allow customers to buy and sell foreign currency through the website www.bt.gob.ve and at the box offices of the banking entities that have availability. Likewise, the collection of the First Black Fund Deconcentrated Service was established, with which legal clients make their corresponding contributions to the Social Responsibility Fund.
In addition, the sale of foreign currency was launched through the intervention of the Central Bank of Venezuela, to buy electronic and cash currencies. The Immediate Transfers service was also activated to transfer money between banks quickly and safely.
The Tesoro Pago Global card was created for online purchases; Tesoro Club, a client affiliation program that offers discounts in areas such as gastronomy, tourism, cinemas and theaters, among others. Mobile Payment in Foreign Currency, was also launched this year, to facilitate payment in dollars or euros, through the mobile payment service.
The Entrepreneur Treasure program entered into force, for the financing of small companies and projects in the context of the Entrepreneurial Engine, of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda; Tesoro Plus box office, to carry out financial operations such as: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balance inquiries, movement inquiries and payments for goods and services.
Likewise, the service for opening an Account in Foreign Currency Plus, which allows you to easily open this type of account on the website, among other balance inquiry services, through a text message to number 2383.
